At Scyxaronshakae, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our handcrafted candles and diffusers. If you are not satisfied, you may return unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return items for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Products that have been used, damaged, or are missing their original packaging may not be eligible for return.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days of receiving your returned item. The refund will appear in your original payment method within 5-10 additional business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

If you received a defective item or the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Custom Orders

Custom-made candles and diffusers are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or do not match the specifications agreed upon at the time of order.

If your custom order does not meet the agreed specifications, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve any issues or provide appropriate compensation.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value. If the exchange item costs more, you will be charged the difference. If it costs less, you will receive a refund for the difference.
